Keith will be on The Late Late Show today
update: My prediction was partly wrong. They talked about baseball a bit but mostly just had fun. Keith wore a grey suit and purple tie in the show opening but later changed into his orange-red jacket.
There was a comedy skit at the opening of the show, the interview, frisbee throwing at Secretariat and later models. You’ll not be able to unhear the silver dildo parts of the whole show.
I can’t say when the full show will be available on CBS but for non-US viewers here is one place to get the show if you missed it.

Keith will be in LA as a guest on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson today.
My predicion is he will talk about baseball, politics and maybe the Oscars.
And maybe about a voiceover project he hinted at….
It looks like he could be the first guest.
The show starts 12.35 am ET. For overseas FOK that’s 5:35 am GMT / 6:35 am CET.

Keith on Letterman tonight(6/21) and new Contradictionaries (updated)
Tonight, Keith will be on The Late Show again. Not as an interviewee but reading the Top 10 List. I will update this post afterwords. Still no word on his Conan cameo.
Here is a backstage pic (see purple tie
)
Update: Letterman video.
And two new Contradictionaries are online:
Keith on the Colbert Report (6/15) and a Special (video) comment about Weiner
Keith visited The Colbert Report yesterday (in a purple tie of course).
Stephen was very patient and understanding with the recovering TV anchor. He carefully reintroduced him to the cameras and microphone. Though Keith failed the math test, he was clearly the one with the pants on in this interview.
In addition, Keith did a video Special Comment on Weiner and the Democrats next to his new set:

Introducing the Contradictionary, a new Word Storm and more Keith
The Contradictionary is a new feature where a new term or phrase is created before conservatives can. Or as the Countdown staff puts it “where we coin words and phrases that reveal truth about ridiculous political stances, fads, and phenomena.”
You can submit your ideas on the website or Facebook.
There are already two entries for the Contradictionary
- What’s a “Death Ceiling” (with explanation)
- What’s a “Can’t-i-date”
I don’t know if this is going to be a weekly or daily feature.
Again: Be careful with the autoplay. Make sure to stop the video if you want to comment. Otherwise you will be sent to the next video.
Now to a feature that is growing on my graphic-loving fan mind the new Word Storm:
In One Word, What Should President Obama Be Focused on Now?
Again the explanation.
The Word Storm is a weekly feature, the result will be published on Friday.
(Don’t forget to check out the RSS-Feed. So far no video transcripts are available.)
But a fan cannot live without eye candy. Luckily plenty is provided.

Countdown Thursday 6/23/2011
From tonight on Countdown will only be 60 minutes long. Keith reconsidered his decision of a 63 minute long show in favour of not overlapping with his friend Rachel after much dismay from fans of both of them as well as DVR problems.
Guests: Rep. Jim Clyburn D-SC, Andrew Kroll (Mother Jones), Matthew Hoh (Ex-Marine and State Dept official, Director, Afghanistan Study Group; Senior Fellow, Center for International Policy), Janeane Garofalo
Topics: Cantor, Kyl out of Debt Ceiling talks, Afghanistan speech, POTUS in NY on same-sex marriage debate, Georgia throwing out illegals, Barney Frank & Ron Paul cosponsored bill to leave marijuana laws to states.
Tweet of the Day (TOTD) makes it’s glorious return to Countdown
For all who don’t get Countdown: Clyburn on debt ceiling talks (also the best pot intro ever
), Kroll about the same topic, Time Marches On! (renamed because it doesn’t make sense without Matthews laugh), a segment with comment on same-sex marriage. and finally the all important pot discussion with Janeane Garofalo.
Keith got a second induction present today: a bracelet from Janeane Garofalo
Here is the second part of the Van Jones interview:
